Gufron<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAIN) Salatiga<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">E-mail : gufron_makruf@yahoo.co.id<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><em>Abstract <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This research is intended to know (1) people expectation toward MI Ma\u2019arif NU <\/em><em>S<\/em><em>alatiga, (2) how is the development strategy in developing MI <\/em><em>M<\/em><em>a\u2019arif in order to exist. This research is qualitative by applying natural paradigm. The finding of this research shows that the MI Ma\u2019arif is applying Arabic and English in daily communication; discipline is the main factor which is shown by automatic bell in <\/em><em>organizing <\/em><em>subject and designing additional facilities on multimedia class, changing rooms and toilets. Secondly, the school is trying to improve teacher professionalism and management. Finally, the school is trying to build community concern. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Keywords: <\/em><em>development <\/em><em>strategy and expectation<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><em>Abstrak<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimanakah\u00a0 ekspektasi masyarakat sekitar MI terhadap MI Ma\u2019arif NU Salatiga? (2) Bagaimanakah Strategi pengembangan MI Ma\u2019arif agar tetap eksis di era pendidikan modern saat ini? <\/em><em>Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode paradigma natural. <\/em><em>Hasil penelitian menyatakan MI Ma\u2019arif melakukan strategi dalam mengsikapi kemajuan zaman,\u00a0 agar tetap eksis di era pendidikan modern saat ini. Pertama, <\/em><em>MI Global <\/em><em>M<\/em><em>a\u2019arif melakukan strategi <\/em><em>p<\/em><em>enggunaan <\/em><em>b<\/em><em>ahasa Arab dan Inggris dalam percakapan sehari-hari, <\/em><em>m<\/em><em>enjunjung <\/em><em>t<\/em><em>inggi <\/em><em>k<\/em><em>edisip<\/em><em>l<\/em><em>inan, hal ini terlihat dari digunakannya bel otomatis yang mengatur jam pelajaran, dan pembenahan Fisik Sarana berupa kelas multimedia, yang dilengkapi dengan perpustakaan, ruang ganti dan kamar mandi. Kedua MI Ma\u2019arif Kutowinangun melakukan usaha, membangun professional guru dan <\/em><em>p<\/em><em>embenahan manajemen.
