Abstract
The type of this research is the correlation research that aims to find relation between the variables that examined. This research conducted in all of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Salatiga, with the research population is all teachers who have followed the equivalent of class teacher in-service training. Issues that will be answered in the research are: Is there a significant relationship between the achievement index of equivalent in-service training with performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers in Salatiga to teach. Results of research indicate that there is a positive relationship between GPA and significant to the performance of in-service training of teachers to teach.
