PENGARUH BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA: Studi terhadap Karyawan PT Asuransi Syariah “X” Jakarta

Abstract

Research goal is to reveal: (l) how the company culture that applies in PT Asuransi Syariah “X”, (2) how much the level of satisfaction of employees of PT Asuransi Syariah “X”, (3) how the influence of corporate culture on employees’ job satisfaction of PT Asuransi Syariah. The results of the analysis indicate that the influence of Culture Company to the satisfaction of employees of PT Asuransi Syariah “X” is positive but not significant. Variables Culture Corporate is just able to describe the satisfaction of employees about 8.3%. While 91.7% others are outside the corporate culture, such as job performance, absenteeism levels, willingness to move, workers age, the level positions, and the size of the company.
